Horny goat weed, also known as Epimedium, is an herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It's sometimes taken as a supplement to treat a variety of conditions, including erectile dysfunction, osteoporosis, and menstrual irregularities. 
Some potential benefits of horny goat weed include:
Horny goat weed contains chemicals that may increase blood flow and improve sexual function. Some men take it as an alternative to drugs for erectile dysfunction. A study found that an herbal preparation of horny goat weed may reduce bone loss and fragility fractures after menopause. Horny goat weed is considered helpful for combating wind-damp-cold, which is similar to hardening of the arteries. Horny goat weed may be safe when taken short term at appropriate doses, but it may cause side effects such as:
upset stomach, dry mouth, irregular heartbeat, low blood pressure, nosebleeds, and mood changes. ( Not scientifically proven) 

      How to use:

      The basic method for dried herbs and flower is, take 2-3 tablespoons of dried herb in a cup or teapot.  Pour hot water over it and cover it with lid for 10-30 minutes.  Hot water is needed to draw out the antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, flavonoids, and volatile oils from the botanicals.  Strain and squeeze out as much as liquid as possible and enjoy!

      You can sweeten your herbal tea with a bit of honey, natural fruit juice, stevia leaves powder and or licorice root powder. 

      You can make ice cubes or pops by freezing tea in ice trays or pop molds.
